SHIPPING RATES AND POLICIES

1. At aroma M, we're committed to offering you a couple of shipping options and a low flat rate for standard shipping. That means you don't have to worry about complicated rate calculations. Instead, you simply pay one low shipping price, no matter how large your order. We are always looking for ways to improve our services and keep our prices competitive. As a result, shipping rates and policies are subject to change without notice.

2. We currently ship to street addresses (all shipping methods) within the 50 United States (standard shipping only), and to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses (standard shipping only). Packages sent to military addresses may be delayed by military mail handling. Packages over 20 pounds may require additional shipping time. We accept order to countries outside of the US for flat rate $22.90 and $9.90 for our perfume samples . However we might not be able to send to the destination due to any postal regulations. We will inform you if this problem occurs during the shipping process.

3.Shipping Cost

• UPS Ground : $6.50 or Free for the order exceed $100 Processing Time>up to 48hours, Carrier Time>1-5 Business Days, Total Time>up to 7days
• UPS 2day Air: $16.50 up to order amount of $200 / $25.50 for the order exceeds $200, Processing Time>up to 48hours, Carrier Time> 2Business Days, Total Time>up to 4days
• UPS Overnight: $45.00 Processing Time>up to 48hours, Carrier Time> 2Business Days, Total Time> up to 3days
• Canadian Orders are shipped via US Priority Mail> $15.00

• Sample Set Only (USPS): $3.90 up to the order amount of $50 and $4.50 for the order exceed $50.00 Processing Time>up to 48hours, Carrier Time> 2 to 5days, Total Time>4 to 7 days

4. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional 1-2 days.

YOUR CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS

To prevent increasing number of credit card fraud now we need to verify your credit card billing address. If the billing address you provide us does not match the billing address on file with your credit card, we will contact you via email to notify you. Therefore please make sure that you provide an accurate e-mail address and check your e-mail after you place an order.

Any order without matching credit card billing address will be canceled after 14 days if we have not heard from you. If you wish to still receive you order after 14days of notification, you must re-order your product. An email notification will not be sent in the event that your order is canceled.

RETURN POLICY

We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on and fragrance, due to possible product tampering conditions that may occur. This policy helps us maintain strict quality control guidelines, and ensures that every fragrance shipped is in 100% original condition.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please call 1.212.686.7601 or email service@aromam.com within 20 days of your purchase. If you return your purchase to us without prior notice we can't guarantee the refund.
We will gladly replace any damaged or defective unopened item immediately. We regret that shipping expenses are non-refundable unless a product is clearly defective.
